Shipping Policy - the basics

We make most of our modular closets to order. Items will ship as soon as possible and in the order that the orders are received, subject to the availability of required materials. 

We take care to package our products with care and ship them with reputable carriers. In the event that your order arrives incomplete or with damage, please take photos of the damage and send them to us at hello@closetsbyavante.com.

There may occasionally be delays in shipping due to the availability of materials, the shipping location, production capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances.  We are committed to communicating promptly when delivery timelines change.
