Refund Policy

Custom closets are not refundable. 

When defective or damaged parts are identified within 7 days of delivery, replacement parts will be made and shipped at our expense. When defective or damaged parts are reported after 7 days, replacements can be made and shipped at your expense.

Other products may be returned within 30 days. The amount of the refunds will be the value paid for the returned item less the cost of shipping the returned item.

In general, please let us know when there is a problem. We want to find a mutually agreeable resolution.
